A dynamic global operator with its HQ based in the UK is looking to strengthen its exploration team with a proven Geologist. This company is a prominent player in most major oil and gas hubs across the world and has exploration ongoing currently in several highly prosperous areas. Their budget is focused on new business this year, exploring new growth potential areas across the globe, so if you are an explorationist that enjoys working in a variety of different basins then this role would ideally suit you.

As a Geologist you will be charged with playing an active role in the companies E&P projects from early exploration strategies. As this is a senior technical role you will have a major technical input into new ventures, prospect generation, process and play fairway analysis, whilst also advising on where appraisal and development wells should be drilled. Proven experience in analyzing and assessing the risk of new acreage in data rooms whilst working with joint venture partners and government institutions would be highly sought.   

This role is for a senior professional who has a minimum of 8 years operator experience working in carbonate and clastic environments. If you have proven working experience as an exploration geologist and enjoy playing an integral technical role within an innovative modern cultured company then you will be well positioned to succeed in this role.
